It's so easy! Browse our catalog, add the products you want to the shopping cart, create your account or log in, enter your delivery address and proceed to secure payment by credit card. You'll immediately receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed. Contact us immediately by email at contact@climfrais.com, quoting your order number. We will do our best to respond to your request.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time on the carrier's website (DHL or UPS, depending on your choice).

Do you offer quotes for professionals?

Absolutely! For large orders or specific projects, contact us at contact@climfrais.com. We'll draw up a personalized quotation with preferential rates for professionals.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary according to the weight of your order:
- Less than 20kg: 3-5 working days
- 20kg to 100kg: 5-7 working days
- Over 100kg: 7-10 working days
These delivery times apply from the moment your order is validated.

How do you deliver large equipment?

For air conditioners weighing over 100kg, delivery is handled by a specialized carrier. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery date. The carrier delivers to the doorstep (first floor).

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue). This choice enables us to guarantee secure 100% transactions and rapid processing of your order.

Is my payment secure?

Do you offer payment in instalments?

At present, we do not offer this option. The full amount is deducted when your order is confirmed. For professionals with specific needs, please contact us to discuss suitable solutions.

How to choose the right air conditioner?

The choice depends on several factors: surface area to be air-conditioned, insulation, exposure, number of occupants. As a general rule, allow 100W per m² for a standard height of 2.5m. Don't hesitate to contact us for personalized advice!

Are your products new?

Yes, all our air conditioners are brand new 100%, under manufacturer's warranty and compliant with European standards. We only work with brands recognized for their reliability.

Are accessories included?

Each air conditioner is supplied with all the accessories listed in the product data sheet (remote control, manual, standard mounting kit). Additional accessories (reinforced wall brackets, extension cables, etc.) are available as optional extras.

Can I return my air conditioner?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be new, complete, in its original packaging and must never have been installed or used.

Who pays for returns?

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide you with a prepaid return label with our negotiated rates - the amount will be deducted from your refund. Visit our Returns for more details.

How quickly will I be reimbursed?

We will issue a refund within 3 to 7 working days of receipt and verification of the returned product. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

What guarantee applies to my purchases?

All our products come with a minimum 2-year legal warranty. Some manufacturers offer extended compressor warranties of up to 5 years. Details are given on each product sheet.

How do I activate the warranty?

Installing an air conditioner requires technical skills and certification for handling refrigerants. We strongly recommend calling in a qualified professional to guarantee performance and safety.

How much does an installation cost?

The cost varies according to the type of air conditioner, the complexity of the installation and the distance involved. Generally speaking, you should expect to pay between €500 and €1,500 for a standard installation. Contact us for a free, personalized quote.
