Profile Compatibility

This VELOX TOP hinge is suitable for profiles equipped with a groove of 19.5 × 25 × 19 mm. Its two-blade design makes it ideal for casements made with standard window profiles.

Simplified Installation

Application is done directly onto the groove of the profile, eliminating any need for prior machining. This quick-fit system significantly reduces installation time on site.

Technical Composition

The body and counter-plates are made of extruded aluminium for optimal strength. The high centering socket is made of zamak, while the lower one is made of Delrin. The stainless steel pivot is pre-assembled at the factory. The fasteners follow the same stainless steel standard, complemented by nylon caps.

Adjustment and Security

Horizontal adjustment of ± 1 mm is performed with the door closed for fine-tuning during final installation. An anti-burglary system is integrated directly into the hinge to enhance the security of the casement.
