Special Design

The VELOX TOP hinge is specifically designed for profiles equipped with a 15 × 23 × 12.8 mm groove. Its double-blade architecture perfectly adapts to casement windows made from window profiles.

Simplified Installation

This hinge mounts directly onto the profile groove, without any machining operation required. This system enables quick assembly and optimizes productivity on site.

Composition & Finishes

The body and counter-plates are made of extruded aluminium. The upper centering socket is made of zamak, pre-assembled on stainless steel pivot. The lower socket is made of Delrin. The set is completed with stainless steel screws and nylon finishes.

Adjustment & Security

The horizontal adjustment of ±1 mm is performed with the door closed for greater convenience. An anti-burglary system is integrated directly into the design to enhance the security of the casement.
