Monoblock Architecture

This compression unit integrates a 2-horsepower motor driving a single-cylinder single-stage pump capable of delivering an airflow of 15 m³/h. The monoblock design ensures optimal structural rigidity and simplified maintenance. The cylinder block and head are made of lightweight aluminum, combining mechanical strength with efficient heat dissipation.

Distribution & Filtration

The system breathes through a high-performance triple-segment valve ensuring perfect sealing of compression cycles. An integrated air filter protects the combustion chambers from abrasive particles. The starting assistance valve reduces cranking effort, while the oil level gauge provides immediate visual control of lubrication.

Air Distribution

The PM regulator-filter centralizes compressed air management with two dedicated outlets, one of which is pre-equipped with a quick-connect fitting for instant connection of pneumatic tools.

Control Panel

The console integrates a pressure switch, a 16 bar pressure gauge, a check valve, a safety valve, and a drain cock for condensate evacuation.

Mobility & Connection

The structure rests on a 200 mm wheel complemented by a shock-absorbing pad for maximum stability during compression. Power supply is ensured by a 3×1.5 mm² cable with a length of 2 meters. The oversized copper piping optimizes refrigerant fluid circulation.
