The DRYGRES range of diamond core bits offers solutions adapted for drilling all types of ceramic tiles. It demonstrates remarkable efficiency on porcelain stoneware, marble, and granite. Diameters from 6 to 12 mm meet the needs for installing sanitary and decorative accessories, while the 20 to 75 mm formats of the EASYGRES series satisfy professional requirements for water inlets, drains, and cable passages.

Vacuum Brazed Technology

RUBI equips the entire range with VACUUM BRAZED technology. This vacuum brazing process optimizes thermal resistance and abrasion resistance to ensure optimal anchoring of diamond grains on the active cutting zone.

Optimal Use

Designed for dry work, these core bits mount directly on angle grinders or drills without percussion thanks to their M14 thread. The drill adapter (ref. 05976) extends compatibility to other machines. Models 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm incorporate an internal wax that liquefies during operation to ensure cooling and debris evacuation. Formats Ø 20 to 75 mm feature a side opening facilitating cooling and post-drilling cleaning.

Performance & Longevity

The drilling capacity reaches 36 mm depth. Average longevity is 25 holes for Ø 6-12 mm and 60 holes for Ø 20-75 mm, depending on material nature and thickness as well as usage conditions. The maximum speed is 14,000 rpm. To optimize finish quality and durability, respect the appropriate speed and favor a light orbital movement during operation.
