Direct Installation

This double-blade hinge integrates perfectly with doors designed from window profiles. Its mounting is done directly into the grooves of the profile, without any prior machining required. The fastening is carried out quickly and precisely, ensuring optimal implementation.

Material Composition

The hinge body and its mounting plates are made from high-quality extruded aluminum. The pressure adjustment socket uses Delrin for enhanced durability. The pin and screws are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the caps are made of nylon. Delivered with pre-mounted mounting plates for time-saving installation.

Triple Adjustment

Equipped with a tri-directional adjustment system: horizontal adjustment of ±2 mm, vertical adjustment of 0 to +4 mm possible with the door closed, and pressure correction by rotating the socket by ±0.5 mm. This versatility ensures perfect alignment and optimal door closure.
