Complete Assembly System

The DOMINO assembly systainer provides a comprehensive solution for removable panel and corner fastening. This kit contains all the necessary components to create 32 corners and 16 panels. Designed to work with the DOMINO XL DF 700 milling machine, it enables the creation of detachable joints on materials from 30 mm thickness upwards. The DOMINO fastening combines mechanical precision, exceptional structural stability, and flexible use for optimal performance.

Quick Implementation

The assembly process is carried out by simple milling with a support guide or pencil marking, without requiring any template or additional accessory. The remarkable stability of the joints relies on the tenon combined with the clamping element, ensuring high clamping and load forces with significant tightening play. The possibility of quick disassembly offers great flexibility of use. Caps available in three colors provide an aesthetic finish for corner assemblies.

Applications

This kit is intended for the design of removable furniture including beds, tables, and kitchen worktops, as well as for the manufacture of furniture requiring detachable panel joints. The equipment includes corner connectors, panel connectors, caps, and DOMINO tenons. An angled wrench with a 4 mm opening facilitates the tightening of threaded rods.
