Modular Configuration

This 8-drawer workshop trolley offers a maximum capacity of 32 modules intelligently distributed: 4 drawers of 60 mm (24 modules), 1 drawer of 130 mm (8 modules) and 1 drawer of 270 mm. The entire set is compatible with thermoformed modules and foams from the Facom Modular system program, including 200 and 270 mm formats. Delivery includes 12 JET2.15 dividers for the 60 mm drawers.

Reinforced Worktop

Useful surface of 797 × 461 mm (0.37 m²), i.e. 25% larger than the previous JET+ model. Robust construction with 2 mm tear-drop patterned aluminum plate on 15 mm wooden board. Shock-resistant polypropylene ends. Impact resistance, hydrocarbons and static load of 1000 kg. Aluminum rails functioning as an integrated hanging system. Dedicated location for 8 screwdrivers with anti-fall edges. Compatible with vise installation.

Opening and Security

Ball-bearing slides allowing full opening with load capacity of 25 to 30 kg per drawer. "Self-close" system with return spring for secure closing. Total admissible load 210 kg for useful volume of 200 litres. Swiveling aluminum handles with safety hooks to prevent accidental opening. Centralized locking by key lock with 2 keys supplied including 1 articulated. Thermoplastic elastomer bumpers on 4 corners and drawers.

Optimized Mobility

4 wheels of 125 mm diameter (2 fixed, 2 swiveling with brakes) for smooth maneuverability and maximum stability when stationary. Reduced starting effort, increased longevity and resistance to heavy loads. Wheels pre-assembled at delivery. Integrated soft dual-material handles on each side facilitating movement and obstacle crossing. Worktop and sides compatible with wide range of accessories. Optional additional chest available.
