Sealing Profile

The KISO L411 gasket is a premium flexible PVC sealing profile, manufactured using a dual-hardness extrusion process. Its lip features a removable protective film designed to be removed after paint finishing.

Application Areas

This profile ensures airtight sealing between the sash and frame, specifically designed for wooden joinery. Installation is done manually from the reel, with a fir tail facilitating insertion during window manufacturing. The flexible tabs of this tail allow for later gasket replacement without damaging the groove.

Compatibility and Preparation

Incompatible with water-based acrylic varnishes and classic alkyd resin varnishes. Surfaces must be perfectly clean, degreased, dust-free, and completely dry before installation.

The protective film allows gasket installation before paint finishing, thus preserving the quality of the seal.
