Cutting Precision

This cutting tool ensures a flawless finish for sealing sleeves during final assembly, with a precision of 2-3 mm from the walls to comply with current standards. It cuts non-reinforced plastic tubes Ø 20 to 50 mm with a maximum wall thickness of 2.4 mm. Also compatible with PVC, PVC-U, PE, IRL tubes and foam-core PVC tubes of Ø 20 to 50 mm (thickness up to 3.5 mm). Fast, clean cut without residue or burrs.

Technical Design

The pivoting blade block offers two positions: central for plastic tubes, extreme for sealing sleeves. Integrated locking mechanism ensuring safe transport. Body made of robust reinforced plastic with zamak blade block. Two spare blades housed within the tool body for simplified maintenance.
