Versatile Mounting

The Abranyl ABT collar in nylon features a unique multi-diameter system allowing to fix up to three different tube sizes with a single reference. Its mechanism opens by simple pressure of the lips against the tube to be installed, then closes automatically and securely with a second pressure. This design ensures excellent resistance to tube thermal expansion, guaranteeing stable fixation despite temperature variations.

Quick Installation

Installation proves particularly efficient thanks to the possibility of closing several collars simultaneously without additional tool. Compatible with CELO nailers, it also adapts to narrow profiles 2000PB, 2000PG and 1000PVC. For traditional fixings, the collar accepts screws 4.5×35/45 associated with four-sided expansion anchors FX Ø6. The integrated alignment mark considerably facilitates series mounting.

Applications

This collar is suitable for copper tubes, multilayer tubes, steel tubes, PVC tubes, heating pipes and conduits. Optimized for FORCE ONE and compatible with Würth Diga C3, Spit 700/800, Rawlplug. The range offers three colors: gray, white and black. The black version benefits from enhanced UV resistance, ideal for outdoor installations exposed to sunlight.

Certifications

This collar cumulates several quality certifications: UL approval, RoHS compliance and halogen-free. The KIWA certification authorizes its use on hot water networks up to +90°C continuous and +110°C peak.
