Lower Hinge

The frame fitting is made of high-strength zamac and supplied with pre-assembled stainless steel mounting plates. The sash fitting features an extruded aluminum construction with an associated zamac mounting plate. The front locking screws considerably facilitate the tightening operation. Fine adjustment is possible along horizontal and vertical axes for precise fitting.

Upper Hinge

The extruded aluminum frame fitting is equipped with a pre-mounted stainless steel mounting plate. The sash fitting is characterized by its die-cast brass construction. The stainless steel pivot pin incorporates a positioning notch for optimal retention. The friction system prevents complete extraction of the pin during assembly and disassembly phases. A stainless steel safety screw permanently locks the pin in the upper part of the hinge, ensuring overall stability.
