Mechanism compatibility

These reversible GALIPLUS 2 Industrial hinges are specially designed for tilt-and-turn systems. They perfectly adapt to european groove profiles commonly used in the closure industry.

Bottom hinge

The fixed part integrates a high-strength zamac body with pre-assembled stainless steel counter-plates. The opening sash rests on an extruded aluminum profile with its matching zamac counter-plate. Clamping is achieved via front locking screws for quick adjustment. Horizontal and vertical adjustments ensure precise installation.

Top hinge

The fixed part consists of extruded aluminum with pre-mounted stainless steel counter-plate. The opening sash features a die-cast brass body. The rotating pin and screws are made of stainless steel. A positioning notch guides the orientation. The friction system ensures complete anti-extraction during assembly and disassembly operations. A stainless steel safety screw locks the pin in the high position.
