Industrial Design

The LOIRA+V Industrial hinge features a 67 mm axis spacing and assembles with dedicated self-tapping screws. Its bifacial structure with double extruded aluminum blade ensures lightness and rigidity. The high zamak cup is pre-mounted on a ground stainless steel pivot, while the low cup integrates a Delrin insert against forced entry.

Finishes & Adjustments

Quick-release extruded aluminum screw cover plates provide aesthetic masking of fixings. Protective nylon caps complete the finish. The three-way adjustment with door closed allows micrometric and independent adjustments on horizontal, vertical and compression axes.

Security & Performance

Integrated anti-intrusion system with specific design for thermal break profiles. Compatible with the new self-tapping screw kit. Tested up to 160 kg and 1,000,000 cycles. Fixing kit ordered separately.
