The upper zamak cup is pre-assembled on a ground stainless steel pin, while the lower cup incorporates a Delrin insert enhancing security.

This model integrates an anti-burglary device in its very design. The screw-concealing finishing plates in extruded aluminium ensure quick release, complemented by protective nylon caps. The system guarantees increased resistance to intrusion attempts.

Autonomous Adjustment

The LOIRA+V allows with door closed adjustment on three distinct axes: horizontal, vertical and gasket compression. This micrometric adjustment operates completely autonomously, facilitating on-site implementation. Exclusively reserved for thermal break profiles with specific self-tapping screw fixing kit available on separate order.

Certified Performance

Certified for a load of 160 kg and tested up to 1,000,000 cycles, this hinge meets the requirements of intensive industrial applications.
