Designed for compact installations and medium-sized residential units, this electric pipe bender integrates seamlessly into both new construction and renovation projects. It covers all common applications in heating, sanitary plumbing and kitchen installations, with capacities up to Ø 22 mm and 7/8" on copper, Ø 18 mm on stainless steel and Ø 26 mm on multilayer pipes.

Weighing just 4.9 kg empty and 5.9 kg in operational configuration (battery, 16 mm Ø former and counter-former included), this machine offers easy handling and extended user comfort. Its compact size allows for simplified movement across all types of jobsites.

Bending Performance

Achieve elbow-to-elbow bends on tight radius in all spatial orientations, even in the most confined spaces. The amplitude reaches 180° thanks to patented Virax articulated hook formers, which facilitate tube insertion and extraction. Roll bending is performed without prior copper annealing, with execution time under 5 seconds for a 90° bend on Ø 22 mm tube.

Autonomy & Precision

The CAS 18V - 2Ah battery delivers up to 125 bending operations (reference copper Ø 18 mm at 90°) with a full recharge in just 40 minutes. The bending angle adjusts from 0 to 180° with consistency via the integrated speed variator. The reverse switch allows effortless tube release and resetting the former to 0°.

Accessories & Compatibility

The device adapts to the tripod reference 251809 from the Eurostem® range for ergonomic working positions. Aluminum formers offer enhanced durability, mechanical resistance to stress and corrosion resistance, with angular graduation every 15°. PA6 counter-formers incorporate axis and alignment marks for simplified positioning, improved tube sliding and one-handed removal thanks to the safety ball axis. Former and counter-former changes require no tools.

Robust Construction

The aluminum housing combines lightness and strength, anti-wear treated gears ensure mechanical longevity, and the reinforced PP fiberglass handle guarantees a secure and durable grip.
