VACUUM BRAZED Technology

The core bits in the MINI DRYGRES kit feature vacuum brazing technology that optimizes thermal resistance and friction. This bonding ensures durable anchoring of diamond particles on the cutting zone, guaranteeing consistent performance on ceramic surfaces.

Applications

These diamond tools are specially designed for installing sanitary and decorative accessories. They are perfectly suited for dry cutting of ceramics and connect via an M14 thread directly to an angle grinder or electric drill without percussion. An adapter is required for use on a drill.

Cooling System

Integrated wax facilitates cooling and residue removal during operation. Once solidified, the wax must be emptied of all ceramic residue before reuse. Wax depletion does not interrupt operation: only the complete disappearance of diamond indicates the end of the tool's life.
