Self-centering tip

The tip geometry optimizes drill self-centering, even on particularly smooth surfaces. This design significantly reduces the axial force required when starting the drilling process.

SMART POINT sharpening

The sharpening profile ensures progressive drilling without burr and guarantees perfect cylindrical geometry. This technology also allows enlarging existing holes without risk of jamming or tool breakage.

Torque transmission

The 3-flat cylindrical shank at 120° ensures optimal motor torque transmission and prevents any tool rotation in the chuck. Particularly suitable for through-hole drilling work.

Treated high-speed steel

Designed for machining steel up to 950 N/mm², cast iron, and aluminum alloys. The FUSIO coating acts as a thermal barrier, extending tool life while increasing cutting speed and feed rate.
