Food-grade stainless steel plate

The SEVILIA plancha features a cooking surface made of certified food-grade stainless steel. This plate ensures even heat distribution and optimal corrosion resistance. The appliance operates with Butane gas, Propane (6 and 13 Kg bottles), as well as natural gas.

Dual progressive burner

Equipped with two burners, this plancha ensures effective and uniform contact cooking. Each burner is controlled by a progressive valve that allows precise adjustment of heat intensity according to the food being prepared. Safe ignition is achieved via an integrated Piezzo system.

Factory preset and installation

The appliance is factory preset for a pressure of 28 mbar for Butane and 37 mbar for Propane. The SEVILIA plancha can be installed as freestanding or on a cart according to your configuration. A rolling stand is available as an option for increased mobility.
