Suction Performance

This pump guarantees excellent suction capacity even under difficult conditions, particularly when handling water containing air bubbles. The PRED version comes equipped with a pressure switch, pressure gauge, 3-way fitting, and for three-phase models, the Télémécanique circuit breaker with its thermal overload relay — all mounted and pre-wired directly on the pump.

Pump Construction

The treated cast iron pump body benefits from complete anti-corrosion protection, including on the internal surface. The motor support is made of aluminum cast iron. The hydraulic components — impeller, diffuser, venturi tube, and injector — are manufactured from Technopolymer A. The shaft and impeller passage are sleeved in stainless steel. The mechanical seal combines carbon and ceramic for optimal durability.

Motor Characteristics

Enclosed asynchronous motor with external fan cooling. The rotor rests on lifetime-lubricated ball bearings, selected to ensure longevity and quiet operation. Fan cover made of composite material. The single-phase version includes thermal-ampere protection and a permanent capacitor. The three-phase version requires user-installed protection in accordance with current standards. Construction according to IEC 2-3 / IEC 61-69 (EN 60335-2-41) standards. High-efficiency three-phase motor IE2 from 0.75 kW upwards.
