Precise Styrofoam Cutting
This hot wire cutter is specifically designed for custom cutting of styrofoam boards. It allows you to create all types of profiles with great precision, particularly suitable for creating railway dioramas and detailed scale models.

Its applications extend to many fields: architectural models, prototyping, designer and decorator projects, as well as high-precision work on insulating materials in construction. Also perfectly suited for traditional model making.
Robust Design
The sturdy frame features a swiveling clamping element at the top and a telescopic wire tension system at the bottom. The total maximum travel reaches 200 mm for a maximum working height of 150 mm.
Progressive Adjustment
The progressively adjustable temperature adapts according to the density and thickness of the material to be cut. Practice allows for an optimal cut, with most applications requiring moderate temperature and pressure. Heating time: 1 second. Supplied with 5 flexible cutting wires 285 × 0.85 mm.
