The aluminum composite work surface offers a 390 × 280 mm textured area for smooth part movement. Silk-screened angle guides and graduations facilitate precise cuts. The solid aluminum bow provides a 350 mm reach with a 140 mm clearance height. The sliding yoke allows for bevel cuts. The LED indicator signals when operating temperature is reached in less than a second.
Complete Supply
The device comes ready to use with its yoke, spool, and 30 meters of cutting wire with a 0.2 mm diameter. Temperature adjusts intuitively according to the material and thickness to be processed. An effective technique favors moderate heat combined with constant pressure rather than excessive temperature.
Circular Cutting Tip
To execute circular cuts, fix an upside-down thumbtack on the work surface using adhesive tape. This creates a central rotation axis enabling perfect circular traces.

The stop guide features a lockable system covered by German patent no. 100 00 102.5.
Polystyrene represents a preferred economical and ecological solution. This material cuts easily with hot wire and is available at DIY stores in standard 50 × 100 cm sheets, available in thicknesses from 2 to 16 mm.
