This 18 V tube belt sander features a high-efficiency brushless motor combined with an electronic management system (EMS). This architecture optimizes the device's lifespan while maintaining maximum performance. The onboard electronics ensure electronic speed regulation, constant torque, soft start, as well as protection against overloads and accidental restart. A thermal circuit breaker and a tachometer generator complete the operational safety.

Adaptation Versatility

The universal adapter equipped with a patented quick-change system allows instant, tool-free switching between four configurations: tube satin finishing, tube belt sanding, belt file, and angle weld sander. The integrated spindle lock secures each accessory change.

Design & Compatibility

A removable metal grille provides optimal dust protection. The LED indicator displays the battery charge level in real time. Fully compatible with the FLEX 18 V ecosystem, this tool works with all batteries in the system. Bare version delivered without battery or charger.
