Specific Design

The VELOX TOP hinge is specifically designed for profiles equipped with a groove of 19.5 × 25 × 17 mm. Its two-blade architecture perfectly meets the requirements of doors made from window profiles, ensuring optimal compatibility with this type of joinery.

Quick Installation

Installation is carried out directly on the profile groove, without any prior machining. This simplified fastening system enables rapid implementation and significantly reduces installation times on site.

Materials & Finishes

This hinge combines high-end materials to guarantee durability and performance: body and counter-plates in extruded aluminium, top socket in zamak, pivot in stainless steel pre-assembled and bottom socket in Delrin. The set is completed with stainless steel screws and nylon caps.

Adjustment & Security

The system incorporates a horizontal adjustment of ± 1 mm accessible even with the door closed, allowing precise adjustments during the finishing phase. An anti-burglary device is also integrated to enhance the security of the opening.
