This test pump features a Class 1.6 pressure gauge ensuring an accuracy of ±1.6%. Its 63 mm dial displays graduations in 1 bar increments for immediate and unambiguous readings. The single-button interface allows you to pressurize, maintain the ongoing test, or purge the system with complete simplicity.

Field-Ready Design

Equipped with a 1.5 m hose and 3/8" and 1/2" fittings, it adapts to all network configurations. The chassis in 30% glass fiber reinforced PA6.6 combines lightness and mechanical robustness. The ergonomic Soft Touch® handle and control lever ensure optimal grip, while the locking latch converts into a carrying handle.

Anti-Limescale Technology

The patented Virax EA85 system features a ball valve that systematically evacuates stagnant water after use. This innovation prevents piston fouling and ensures immediate device operation, even after long storage periods. Maintenance is significantly reduced.

Smartphone Connectivity

The onboard pressure sensor communicates via Bluetooth with a dedicated app. It displays measurements to the tenth of a bar to detect micro-leaks invisible to the naked eye. Digital measurement range up to 30 bar and analog up to 50 bar. The app records data every 5 seconds, memorizes the initial pressure reference, and generates customized reports compliant with DTU 60.1. Compatible with Android and iOS. 40 hours autonomy with USB-C charging.

Areas of Application

This equipment is used for pressurizing domestic water installations, individual central heating systems, and all pressure-rated equipment. By applying pressure above normal operating levels, it identifies and locates sealing defects before final commissioning.
